Help us make the 2026 MASN Convention a success! MASN is looking for volunteers to assist with convention setup, registration, and cleanup. Volunteers can select the area and shift(s) that work best with their schedule.
Volunteer Opportunities
Decorating & Convention Setup — Wednesday, October 21
Help MASN prepare the convention space, decorate, organize materials, prepare registration areas, and complete other setup needs.
Wednesday Registration — October 21
Assist with attendee check-in, distribute convention materials, provide directions, and help answer general questions.
Thursday Morning Registration — October 22
Assist with attendee check-in and registration during the morning of the main convention.
Convention Cleanup — Thursday, October 22
Help MASN clean and organize the convention space following the conclusion of the convention and awards ceremony.
