Olivia Martin, PCC is president of LivMore a career and professional development coaching and consulting organization that unlocks the traits, talents, and motivation for people seeking more success, more energy, and more fulfillment. She believes that individuals can LivMore engaged, fulfilled, and productive when given the opportunity to embrace their own styles and strengths.
With extensive experience in organizational and leadership development, talent management, and training, Olivia has served as an adjunct faculty member for three universities. Responsible for facilitating leadership retreats, change management initiatives, and organizational improvement plans, she enjoys the opportunity to facilitate change.
Olivia’s coaching practice focuses on leadership and professional development. Her clients range from leaders in Fortune 500 companies to mid-careerists, hi-potentials, and retirees seeking an encore career. Supporting high school and college students in career exploration and professional school preparation is another aspect of Olivia’s coaching practice. Clients have acknowledged that “working with Olivia motivates me to go further and do more.” As one client shared, “Olivia listens deeply and hears my soul.”
Olivia received her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and her graduate degree in counseling from Delta State University. With over 25 years experience in health care administration, Olivia is the former Chief Learning Officer at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Today she continues to work with individuals in healthcare, banking, manufacturing, insurance, and higher education. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and is a Professional Certified Coach. She is also a Birkman Method consultant, an EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence coach and a credentialed Crucial Learning trainer
